Beta 4.0 [single-life build] is Live!
So the game has been adjusted quite a bit. Here's how:
- Wanted more of a platformer feel, so I created jump pads and elevators. This led to having more of a life above the maze, which also gives the player more options as to learn the maze.
- I added some different spawn points for specific Return Mirrors. This allowed the player to get more maze exploration in in a shorter amount of time.
- Treasure chests: Right now, Treasure Chests do not provide anything, but I have been scrolling through many different options. Right now they are interactive, so you can open them at least.
Current heavy fixes needed:
- The Checkpoints are currently not working, so we'll be calling this the [single-life build].
